WORK & PROOF

I've spent my career around growth.

First on the sales side, then in leadership, then deeper into the numbers and systems that make revenue teams work. Here's the short version, with a few receipts.

RECOGNITION

A moment I won't forget.

Recognized for work in revenue operations.

Everstage included me in its Pioneer 30 recognition for revenue operations professionals. The group was celebrated on the Nasdaq Tower in Times Square. I don't need to pretend that wasn't exciting.

SALES & LEADERSHIP

I've been on the front line.

Sales has been a big part of my career. I've managed business development teams and lived through the good weeks, the bad forecasts, and the excitement of a deal finally coming through.

That's why I still care how a process feels to the person using it, not just how it looks in a report.

REVENUE OPERATIONS

Then I started asking about the system.

Over time, I moved into revenue operations. My work has included commission management, pipeline analysis, conversion reporting, sales processes, and translating the numbers into questions leaders can actually act on.

I like getting into the details. The payoff is when people stop arguing about what the data means and start using it to make better decisions.

WRITING & IDEAS

I talk about the work, too.

I share observations about forecasting, leadership, technology, and economics. Sometimes I'm explaining something. Sometimes I'm just thinking out loud.
